  2. Love this picture! And I agree – the Amplified version definitely lends extra meaning to this verse.

    1. Kym- On one of my strange adventures this Advent, I woke early to the snow covered world and was able to take some very magnificent pictures, this being one of them…it was a sweet quiet morning, which I hope to write about soon…once I take some more time to “let be and be still” so I can listen to the Crafter of Words!

  3. Thank you, Kel, for the photo and the reminder to recognize God…thank you also for visiting my blog this past week…so glad I linked up behind you at Deidra’s so I could visit you…Merry Christmas 🙂

    1. Merry Christmas, Dolly…I love your Soulstops and hope more readers will pop over and rest at your place…

  4. Vibrantly lit, still, the hush of snow covered trees lends to scripture’s herald.

    1. Thanks Lisa for stopping by…have a light filled Christmas! I love your site and see that we have a common love for words and the dictionary!

  5. Love the photo. AND being an Amplified person for nearly 34 years, I sure understand the Word shared so strongly. Very thoughtfully put together. Thank you.

    1. Yes, Joanne! I love the expansion and power of the Amplified…I never thought about “Let be” as part of the practice of being still…but this release truly leads us into deeper understanding and knowledge of God. It’s as if He is saying ” Let life occur, be still, I will be exalted, no matter what!”
