Swing: To Move Along Rhythmically

Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.
Matthew 11:28-30 (The Message)

  1. Just today I was thinking about really wanting to walk in rhythm in Christ. Blessings.

  2. That sweet, soft, rhythm. Life seems easier to handle when we follow that than our own composition. Lovely photo!

  3. I like the idea of keeping in rhythm with Christ, rather than trying in my own strength to follow…I don't have much natural rhythm musically, but I like the rhythm of seasons and waves crashing on the shore…

  4. Thanks for stopping by… I have been accussed of not having any rhythm…so I have to rely on Jesus!

I love a dialogue. Be the first to start a discussion!
